Appointments lasting up to 3 hours require 24 hour cancellation notice

Appointments lasting over 3 hours require 48 hour cancellation notice

All extension application appointments require 7 day cancellation notice

Please note that any hair extensions that have been custom colored cannot be returned or refunded. If you have to permanently cancel your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
